We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant passionate about improving lives. In this role, you will work under a Physical Therapist's supervision to implement treatment plans and deliver patient care primarily to adult and geriatric populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatments aligned with established care plans, focusing on functional outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Participate in training programs for staff, patients, families, and community members.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining restorative nursing programs.
• Maintain accurate and current patient records.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the appropriate state.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
