Job summary

OPTM Physical Therapy Saratoga is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team in Saratoga, California. You will conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist, assist in treatment planning, and help implement interventions to promote patient recovery.

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• While using Raintree, monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Pay: $40-$44 per hour depending upon experience
