Role Description The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality patient care, primarily focused on rehabilitation and balance therapy in an outpatient setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and documenting clinical outcomes in accordance with practice protocols. The PTA will help educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and wellness strategies, while collaborating with the clinical team to adjust care plans as needed. Routine duties also involve maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment, assisting with equipment setup, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX.
