Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Assist therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.

• Monitor and document patient progress using the EHR (Raintree) and report changes to the PT.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management and care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, quality patient care.
