• Monitor and record patient progress, reporting changes or concerns to the physical therapist.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning as necessary.

The Orchards at Roseville is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Roseville, Michigan. As a PTA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.
