We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team.
As a PTA, you will provide hands‑on physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents improve mobility, independence, strength, and overall functional abilities.

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Provide physical therapy treatments designed to improve patients' mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the rehabilitation team to deliver patient-centered care.
Assist the Physical Therapist with tests, evaluations, and complex procedures as directed.
Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in appropriate therapeutic exercises, techniques, and strategies under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
Monitor patient progress and communicate observations and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and standards of patient care.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience is preferred but not required.
