FYZICAL Rock Hill is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Outpatient services in Rock Hill, SC. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Carry out individualized treatment plans
• Work with a diverse outpatient caseload focused on functional outcomes
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and balance training
• Track patient progress and communicate updates to the PT
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive clinic culture
