Banner Physical Therapy, an outpatient orthopedic center in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top‑notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our clinical team treats athletic populations and emphasizes outcomes and function.

We offer full-time hours (Mon-Fri), a $27.00–$35.00/hour range, a $2500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a robust CEU program for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with PT practices and company policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and expand client relations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high‑quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
