Role: The Physical Therapist assesses patients, develops and executes individualized treatment plans to promote healing, pain management, and functional independence. They maintain patient confidentiality, operate in a positive environment, and provide encouragement throughout recovery.

Responsibilities: Conducts evaluations, documents patient data, and formulates diagnoses and goals. Implements treatment plans involving therapeutic exercises, joint mobilizations, and modalities. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, educates patients and support systems, and adjusts care as needed. Oversees support staff, manages documentation via EMR, and promotes community engagement through presentations.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelors or Masters Degree (Doctorate preferred), licensure, CPR certification, and completion of CEUs. Must have excellent communication, clinical decision-making, computer skills, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a professional demeanor is essential.
