Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home-care team serving Missouri communities. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, travel to patient homes, and provide direct PTA services in line with the Plan of Care.

This full-time role offers autonomy, supportive supervision, and opportunities for professional development, including tuition reimbursement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program approved by the state.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license for the work state.
• 6+ months PTA experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Provide direct PTA services under a PT supervision.
• Follow Plan of Care and report changes.
• Instruct patients and families in home therapy.
• Assist with prosthetic/orthotic device instructions.
• Maintain documentation and comply with regulations.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned area.
