• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts (or in the final stages of licensure).
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated.
• Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized plans of care.
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment.
