FYZICAL Marlborough, MA is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-driven outpatient team. You will evaluate patients, create individual plans, and deliver high-quality orthopedic and balance therapy in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000–$110,000, flexible scheduling including no weekends, 3 weeks PTO, 60% healthcare coverage, 401K matching, and ongoing education opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or in final stages of licensure.
• New graduates welcome—mentorship and support provided.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required).
• Vestibular experience or interest is a plus.

• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
