Apple Therapy Services in Manchester, NH is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. Working under licensed Physical Therapists, you will implement treatment plans and help patients regain mobility and strength in a collaborative setting.

New graduates are welcome and mentored; BLS/CPR certification required; NH PTA license (or eligibility) a must. We offer a supportive environment with mentoring, CE reimbursement, and a 10% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Associate degree).
• Active (or eligible for) New Hampshire PTA licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct patient care by executing treatment plans under licensed PT supervision.
• Observe and document patient status and progress for the supervising PT.
• Instruct patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. Working under the direction of our licensed Physical Therapists, you will play a critical role in executing treatment plans and helping our patients regain mobility and strength.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Implementation: Deliver direct patient care by implementing therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modalities.
• Progress Monitoring: Observe and document patient status and progress, communicating findings clearly to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on home exercise programs (HEPs), body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of PTs, PTAs, OTs, and Orthopedic Surgeons to ensure superior patient outcomes.
• Clinic Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, professional, and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Associate degree).
• Licensure: Active (or eligibility for) Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
• Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but New Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. We provide dedicated mentoring to help you build your caseload and clinical skills.
