Select Physical Therapy in Lakeland, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team at the Lakeland Hills location.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 32 hours per week, with additional hours available for coverage at nearby centers. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour, based on experience, plus a $12,000 sign-on bonus and $200 per month in student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PT services under supervision in line with state practice acts and Select Medical policies.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team at our Lakeland Hills location. This center features a collaborative group of four clinicians treating a diverse orthopedic caseload with specialties that include neurology, sports medicine, dry needling, and fall prevention. We welcome both new graduates and experienced PTAs who are eager to grow in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
