Job description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures under the direction of a licensed physical therapist for orthopedic and neuro-based populations.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by the physical therapist.
  2. Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to patients.
  3. Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions.
  4. Instruct patients on proper use of equipment and exercises.
  5. Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure effective patient care.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

This position offers a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience. Current state licensure or eligibility is required, along with BLS certification or completion within the first 90 days of employment. Preferred experience includes orthopedic and/or neuro outpatient/clinic settings, with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Strong patient care skills are essential.
