Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Florida seeks a licensed physical therapist or PT assistant to assist in patient treatment in home settings, following a plan of care set by a supervising Physical Therapist.

You will instruct patients on exercises, mobility, safety, and prosthetic training, observe patient progress, and coordinate with the healthcare team. Weekend availability is preferred to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and assisting with mobility.

Compensation:

• Total annual pay ranges from $55,329 to $82,993, including per visit and hourly pay, based on productivity and experience.
