Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Idaho PTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized care plans to support patient recovery and functional goals.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Help create a positive, encouraging environment for patients and families.

Silverton Health & Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. In this role, you’ll help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full‑time or part‑time available
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Post‑Acute Rehab

What You’ll Do
