Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis. You will provide physical therapy services within the scope of practice, contributing to high-quality resident care in a supportive team environment.

Successful candidates must hold a current PTA license and have completed an accredited two-year PTA program. CPR certification is required, with LTC/SNF experience a plus. Rate range is $32-$38 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the APTA.
• Experience: 1 year in post-acute care preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One (1) year experience preferred in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• LTC/SNF experience a plus!
• Rate Range: $32- $38/hour
