Bella Vita Health & Rehabilitation in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program. You’ll provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, applying evidence-based practices to support patient recovery.

• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT - FULL TIME - BELLA VITA HEALTH & REHABILITATION - GLENDALE, AZ

Bella Vita Health & Rehabilitation in Glendale, AZ, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $30 - $35/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
