Fremont Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The PTA will assist with patient treatment programs and ensure compliance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.
Responsibilities include providing direct treatment, documenting progress, and teaching residents and families exercises, as well as supporting orthotic and prosthetic use and care as needed.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist with a patient’s treatment program in accordance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.

Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident’s protected health information.
