Overview

This position is a full-time, day shift role at Frankfort Hospital.

Physical therapist assistants provide direct patient care and selected physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a physical therapist. PTA's assist in the clinical education of physical therapy students and supervise physical therapist assistant students, as well as support personnel. They participate in activities related to patient care, education, and department operations.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program or equivalent foreign education accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Indiana.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
