Fitness Quest Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality out-patient care in Gateway, FL. You will work under the direction of a supervising PT, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered treatment and contributing to a collaborative clinic environment.

We offer comprehensive development through PDP, fully funded education, and AI-enabled documentation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Compensation

$26 - $35/hour plus productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials, up to a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
