Role Description

The Physical Therapist Assistant at Husker Rehab is a full-time, on-site role based in Lincoln, NE. This position supports licensed Physical Therapists by implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and monitoring progress to help improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, documenting treatment sessions accurately, maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, and educating patients on home exercise programs and preventative care. The Physical Therapist Assistant collaborates closely with the clinical team to deliver consistent, high-quality care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
