Ironwood Rehabilitation & Care in Coeur d'Alene, ID, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program on a full-time basis. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing rehabilitative treatment to patients with mobility and functional disorders.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures incl. manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and device use under PT supervision.
• Collaborate with supervising PT to assess and adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.

Ironwood Rehabilitation & Care in Coeur D'Alene, ID, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant license is required
