The National Cyber Operations Claim Assistant is a detail-oriented and analytical professional responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to support operational decision-making and improve efficiencies within the cyber claims framework. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient handling of claims, providing expert guidance on cyber-related incidents, and advocating for clients throughout the claims process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to effectively share and elevate findings to shareholders, as well as a commitment to delivering high quality service to clients.
The National Cyber Operations Claim Assistant is essential in enhancing the claims experience for clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, and contributing to the overall success of MMA's cyber claims operations. This role requires assistance in elevated cyber claim matters to support key MMA regional claim partners. By acting as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams, this position will help drive improvements in claims management processes and support MMA's mission to provide comprehensive cyber risk solutions.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $176,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
