REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Michigan.
• Able to pass criminal background investigation and drug test.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing and supervising the highest quality physical therapy services including but not limited to therapeutic interventions, and patient/consumer education in both inpatient and outpatient settings within Aspire Rural Health System.
