Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide direct clinical care under a supervising Physical Therapist. You will support therapists and patients, manage documentation, and help implement treatment plans for orthopedic conditions.
The role emphasizes patient education, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality, timely care in a fast-paced environment. Outpatient experience is preferred, new grads welcome.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, the candidate will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to patients following the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care. You will support Physical Therapists and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner. This position will see a variety of orthopedic conditions including acute work-related injuries, pre, and post-surgical injuries and conditions, and workplace wellness and injury prevention.

Starting compensation range is $36.00- $42.000 per hour + $10,000 annual SPIF incentive opportunity (paid out quarterly). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
