Salary Range: $26 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent healthcare to patients, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction
• Educating patients about their injuries, progress, and expected outcomes
• Supervising aides during modalities and in setup/cleanup duties
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising care plans, and setting new goals
• Determining discharge timing
• Documenting patient interactions accurately and timely
• Maintaining productivity levels, typically 55-60 treatments and evaluations weekly
• Developing protocols for common diagnoses
• Participating in research studies
• Continuing professional development through courses and education allowances

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license
