Summary: Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT, ensuring positive interactions and adherence to principles and regulations. Deliver quality patient care, supervise Rehab Techs when required, and manage cases effectively. Maintain professional conduct and comply with all relevant regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in optimizing patients' functional abilities under PT supervision
• Develop and build strong physical therapy programs
• Enhance clinical and management skills through collaboration and continuing education
• Maintain valid state licensure and stay informed on industry issues
• Understand payment models and billing guidelines; deliver appropriate care within guidelines
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English through instructions, reports, and documentation
