Job summary

FYZICAL Bedford is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. You will work with a diverse patient population, split between balance/vestibular rehabilitation and orthopedic care, under licensed PT supervision.

You'll collaborate with an experienced team, gain hands-on experience with advanced rehabilitation technology, and contribute to top-tier patient outcomes while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation technology to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Document patient care using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives, including fall-prevention programs.

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bedford, MA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including approximately 60% balance and vestibular rehabilitation and 40% orthopedic care. You'll collaborate with an experienced Physical Therapy team while gaining valuable experience in one of the fastest-growing specialty areas of rehabilitation.
