Job summary

AgeRight Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered care at Clatsop Care Center. You will work under a Physical Therapist to implement personalized care plans and support patient goals with evidence-based pathways.

Eligible candidates are licensed or in progress, with new grads encouraged. Join a network known for growth, development, and dedicated documentation time.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or in process of obtaining licensure.
• Experience in post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy's evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
