Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Albuquerque seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for day shifts. The PTA administers physical therapy treatments under a plan of care established by a Physical Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.

The PTA participates with a Physical Therapist in developing therapy programs for patients. Requirements include an Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program, current BLS certification, and the ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in administering treatment interventions per plan of care.
