Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement patient plans of care aimed at improving function and reducing disability. You will work with physicians and a team to deliver high-quality care and build professional relationships with referral sources.

The role offers Generative AI documentation support, Continuing Education allowances, residency opportunities, and leadership programs to foster growth.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing interpretation of prescriptions, performing an initial evaluation, and establishing a treatment plan with functional and/or work related goals.
• Progressing the treatment and goals as appropriate.
• Periodic and timely written communication to physicians and discharge management.
• Supervision of rehabilitation aides and PTAs when applicable.
• Documentation of all treatment and communications in a timely manner.
• Developing professional relationships with referral sources.
