Athletico is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design and implement individualized plans of care, and help patients achieve their maximum performance. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, documentation, and collaboration with physicians across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, type, and speak English proficiently.
• Licensed Physical Therapist with degree from an accredited program.
• CPR certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial evaluation and establish a treatment plan with functional/work goals.
• Appropriately progress the treatment and goals over time.
• Maintain timely written communication to physicians and other care team.
• Discharge management and patient follow-up; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Supervise rehabilitation aides and PTAs as allowed by state law.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians and other healthcare professionals.
