Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, design, and implement patient plans of care focused on restoring function and maximizing performance. The role includes supervising rehab staff, documenting treatment, and collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist with degree from accredited program.
• Must maintain CPR certification and current licensure.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret prescriptions and perform initial evaluations with a treatment plan.
• Progress treatment toward goals and communicate progress to physicians.
• Document all treatment notes including initial evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Discharge management and patient follow-up.
• Supervise rehabilitation aides and PTAs as required by state law.
• Build professional relationships with referral sources (physicians, PAs, ARNPs, etc.).

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist

Current CPR Certification
