Responsibilities
- Evaluates individuals who have medical problems or other health related conditions that limit their abilities to move and/or perform functional activities in their daily lives
- Develops, implements and delegates treatment plan with individualized goals to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability
- Monitors response of persons served during therapeutic interventions
- Displays creativity and innovation in the delivery of services
- Communicates and collaborates the plan of treatment with persons served, families and the interdisciplinary team
- Working with aquatics
Qualifications

Education:
- Graduated from an accredited program in respective field.
Experience:
- Experience in specialty area preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Current Iowa license as a PT. Current BLS (CPR).
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional, educational and lifestyle backgrounds.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
Other:
- Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
