Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient in the Acute Rehab Unit.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Demonstrate compassionate communication with patients, families, and the care team.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to coordinate care across disciplines.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Your Responsibilities as a Acute Rehab Physical Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintainrelationships throughout the hospital (I.e.physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $80,000 to $95,000 annually

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
