Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Lead Physical Therapist to elevate their career while delivering transformative care at our hospital-affiliated clinic with Ascension St. Vincent Health System.

The role offers an annual salary range of $87,000 to $95,000 and opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and growth within a supportive, evidence-based environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• PT with a minimum of 2 years
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

• Evansville Inpatient: Level II Trauma Center, Joint Certified, Stroke Certified

• Wound Care: Expert care for healing and recovery of chronic and complex wounds.

• Splinting: Customized splints to aid in recovery and improve functional outcomes.

• Early Mobility: Specialized programs designed to promote early movement, improving patient recovery and reducing complications.

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Physical Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome

• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Annual Salary: $87,000 to $95,000 *based on a 40 hour a week schedule

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
