Required Qualifications
  • Physical Therapist, Acute
  • Experience: 1 year
  • Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted, Copy needed)
  • Certifications: BLS‐AHA (Copy needed)
  • SSN and DOB required
  • Work History: No more than 30 days gap in entire work history
  • References: 1 reference in entire work history

Job Title: Physical Therapist ‐ FS

General Description

Under minimal direction, perform various therapeutic physical therapy treatments according to the physician's instructions.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Interpret physician orders, evaluate patients, and develop treatment plans to achieve short and long-term goals.
  • Assess patient responses and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Participate in discharge planning and instruct patients in home programs.
  • Document treatment results and patient responses in medical records.
  • Supervise and assist students during clinical rotations, depending on experience.
  • Maintain and clean departmental equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
