Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Physical Therapist, you will develop individualized therapy programs including assessment, treatment, planning, education, and communication to maximize patient progress toward functional goals. You will supervise therapy assistants, aides, and students. Our team works hard to support each other, and we seek a phenomenal addition like you, who values patient care as much as we do.

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish treatment goals and programs for patients in Acute care, Inpatient Rehab, and/or Outpatient settings.
  • Coordinate treatment with other clinical/therapeutic services.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment goals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Deliver care and modify plans based on patient needs.
  • Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues.
What qualifications you will need:

Experience

  • 2-3 years of Physical Therapy experience – preferred

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
  • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy – preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • Licensed by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) as per St. David’s Healthcare policy
