Nealy Pierce is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 100% acute‑care role at a 500+ bed Level I Trauma Center in Jacksonville,FL. The position includes a structured 6‑month mentorship, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, and PSLF eligibility, with annual CEU support of $1,000, all within a collaborative, high‑acuity setting.

New grads and experienced PTs are welcome; you’ll join a strong 50+ member PT/OT/SLP team and work with comprehensive benefits in a permanent, full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate from an accredited program.
• Active or pending Florida PT license.
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome for high-acuity growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% acute care across ICU, general medical, stroke, cardiac, and ortho floors.
• Participate in a structured 6‑month mentorship program.
• Collaborate with a 50+ PT/OT/SLP team to deliver evidence‑based care.
