Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation in Louisiana (Lady of the Sea General Hospital) seeks a Physical Therapist to join our acute care and home health team. You’ll evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with therapists, aides, and students to restore function and reduce pain.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree, a Louisiana Physical Therapist license, and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
• Administers treatments using physical modalities and equipment (e.g., ultrasound, moist heat, lamps).
• Identifies goals and plans for reevaluation.
