The University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) with acute care experience to provide consultative and rehabilitative services to complex patients across American Family Children's Hospital, East Madison Hospital, and University Hospital in Madison.

This 40-hour per week, 100% FTE role involves collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop evidence-based treatment plans and discharge goals, with weekend rotation and scheduling flexibility to

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
• 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required

• Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex patients admitted to American Family Children's Hospital, East Madison Hospital, and University Hospital in acute care settings.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans.
• Work within the context of patient- and family-centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center.

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, 40 hours/week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
