Caseload varies with census; a 5x8 or 4x10 shift option may be considered. You will treat total joints, spine, and other medical or surgical diagnoses, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program graduate or higher.
• Active OK Physical Therapy license.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with adults and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment and treatment planning.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement and productivity.

Location:Stillwater, OK.

Schedule:

• Full-Time | On-site
• Monday-Friday(with weekend rotation).
• Weekday schedule will change when working a weekend.
• Will consider 5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts per week
• Caseload: depends on patient census but equally divided every morning.

Salary: $81,494.40 - $122,241.60 USD.
WellTech partners partnering with an Acute Care and Rehab teamis looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services on a full-time basis. Common patient types include: evaluating and treating total joints, spine, other medical & surgical diagnoses.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing a full range of Physical Therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the positions qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. Demonstrates accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program, DPT preferred.
• Active OK Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Certification in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation procedures
• Education/experience in working with an adult and geriatric population is required
• Education/experience serving people with physical disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work with confused and aggressive patients

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or > 100 lbs.) for most of the shift
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.)
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping
• Demonstrate adequate stamina to heal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule
