Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute rehab role at a 200+ bed hospital in Oklahoma. You'll provide patient-centered care from admission to discharge and work in a collaborative team.

The position offers a guaranteed full-time schedule with a mentorship program, 4.5 weeks PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental insurance and a 401(k) match. Base pay ranges from $41.25 to $62.50 per hour, with a $15,000 sign-on and relocation bonus, plus loan forgiveness

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PT or eligible to sit for NPTE.
• Desire to work in acute inpatient rehab and 1:1 care.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute rehab.
• Collaborate with PTs/OTs/SLPs and care teams.
• Document thoroughly within scheduled time.
• Support mentorship program participation.

Schedule:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
