Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, acute inpatient rehab role in Texas. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, a 1:1 approach, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an NPTE license (or is eligible) and has a passion for inpatient rehabilitation with experience in neurodiagnoses. A structured mentorship program is available to new graduates, with a 5-8 shift pattern and guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed NPTE or eligible before employment begins.
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute inpatient rehab.
• Collaborate with PTs/OTs/SLPs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about injuries and conditions to support recovery.

Schedule:
