Job summary

Hcshiring is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy services in a state-regulated setting. You will maintain accurate documentation and work collaboratively with disciplines to ensure quality care.

The role includes training assistants, developing treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises, and coordinating with physicians to optimize outcomes. A $5,000 welcome bonus is offered for full-time hires, with a full benefits package provided.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license for the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, organize and administer physical therapy services.
• Provide full range of therapy services in accordance with referrals and guidelines.
• Develop documented treatment goals and written treatment programs.
• Instruct, motivate and assist patients in home and clinic activities and device use.
• Record treatment progress and coordi nate with physicians and staff.

Education

Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (CAPTE-accredited)
