Qualifications

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve resident care goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and progress.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
