Responsibilities

• Plan and implement appropriate treatment activities to improve identified physical impairments and functional limitations.
• Provide ongoing reassessment and modification of treatment plans in response to patients' progress.
• Offer discharge planning and patient/family teaching, including home programs and self-care recommendations.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Demonstrate effective time management and meet department productivity standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of insurance requirements and regulations.
• Participate in professional development activities and mentorship programs.

Pay Range:

$38.50 - $53.91

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
