Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist to organize and conduct a physician-referred physical therapy program, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the rehabilitation team in daily operations.
The role requires state licensure as a Physical Therapist, BLS certification, and 0–1 years of experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems.

Organizes and conducts a Physical Therapy program upon referral from a physician to facilitate rehabilitation of the mentally, cognitively or physically handicapped or injured person. Educates patients, families, students and the community in the Physical Therapy practice. Participates as a team member in the day to day operations of the department.
Employees in this job must be competent to provide patient care to the following age groups: Neonatal:Birth to 6 months, Youth: 6 months to 16 years, Young adult: 16-30 years, Middle Age: 30 - 60 years, Elderly: 60 -.

$38.50 - $53.91 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
